1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Security

3.2 One Account Per Player

Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Security

42 vipph Casino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted for deposits.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your 42 vipph account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. 42 vipph Casino does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) business day. 42 vipph Casino reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 42 vipph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion fees incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

4.5 Prohibited Funding Sources

You must not fund your 42 vipph account using funds obtained through illegal means. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is not supported on this platform, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not accepted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
